What it is about: I defended the interests of an employee who was unfairly dismissed by the director of the European Lawyers Association. The lady (my client) had worked for the company for 15 years. The director accused her of defamation and stealing material from the office. The director filed three criminal complaints against her.
Result: all the criminal complaints were dropped. The unfair dismissal file won, proving that the manager lied and dismissed her illegally. The monetary compensation for the client was 43.358,54 + 2.016,30=45.374,84 euros + legal costs.

Civil banking law.
Case against one of the largest banks in Spain and the European Union. What the case is about: Lawsuit against a family for temporary non-payment of their mortgage, charging them high interest and legal costs. The client, with two children and an elderly mother, was very worried and afraid of losing their home and being left on the street. Our task was to refute the bank's arguments.
Result: we won the case not only with regard to the mortgage instalments, which were considered abusive and null and void, but also with regard to the financial compensation for this family, plus the payment of legal costs.

Particularly complex divorce. What it is about: I defended the interests of a man who filed for divorce on our recommendation. In response to our application, the respondent (wife) claimed full custody of the child without the father's right to see the child, claimed alimony of 3,000 euros for the child and 2,000 euros for the wife herself per month. In addition, she claimed damages of 168,000 euros. In theory, my client had this ability to pay, but my task was to refute this claim.
Result: the case was won. The husband can see the child freely and the total maintenance payment to the ex-wife does not exceed 500 euros per month, instead of the 5,000+168,000 euros she had requested. The judgment was appealed to a higher court, which I also won.
